    Hi,

it sounds like you haven’t run the EZdrummer 3.0.5 software update first. Please check that you have updated to the latest software version before running the Library update.

    John

    Hi,

    Yes I’m actually running 3.0.5.

Any other suggestions, as it will not allow me to install the library.

When I open EZ Drummer I get a message saying “no libraries found” (see attached pic).

Brad, I appreciate he quick responses.

I am still struggling with this. I have downloaded everything that was available to download for the sound library, but when I run the installation for the core library, I keep getting the message. The midi installed fine. See attached pics. Sorry, I’m not technically proficient on these installations.

    Hi there,

Can’t really make out the screen shots (and please don’t post anything with your serial number on it)

To select an area of the screen to get a screen print; Command + Shift + 4. That will put a screen print in your desktop folder. (Easier for my old eyes to see)…

Can you show me what your PM window for EZDrummer 3 Core Library lookls like?

    Main-Screen

From what I can see it looks like you haven’t downloaded and installed the Core Library, just the software.

Paul, you need to use the Product Manager application to download and install the core library. Your last screenshots were from the web page, not the Product Manager.

I am having exactly the same problem.  Installing EZ Drummer 3 on a second PC.  The program downloaded, installed, and authorized perfectly.  I then downloaded the EZ Drummer 3 core library, tried to install, and I am receiving the same message as above (missing files etc.)  The midi files from the Core Library also installed perfectly (as above).

Since I have the EZ Drummer 3 “upgrade”, do I need to also install EZ Drummer 2 on my second PC?  I was hoping to just do 3 and keep the disk space to a minimum as this second PC is not my main recording PC.

It looks like you’re downloading and installing from the website and not the Toontrack Product Manager. Please use the Product Manager.

Thank you!  I will try it.  I honestly thought the “product manager” was embedded within “My Account” where I can see everything I own and download updates etc.

I don’t understand why we’re having this problem with a new app!

Did you install the EZ Drummer 3 application/plugins as well from the product manager? This is required to access the core library and MIDI.
