EZ Drummer 3 and Core library not showing in product manager

Hi, first time user here.

I entered the serial numbers in Product Manager for ez drummer 3 and it showed up no worries and also the core library showed up next to it.  Then as soon as I entered the serial numbers for 2 expansion packs these packs showed up but now the first two that were there (ez drummer and core library) have just disappeared!     The website tells me i need to get the core library from the product manager but i cant see it….   what has happened here?    After all this I did download Ez Drummer 3 from the website so I have that installed but no luck with this core library.   The 2 expansions are downloading now.

ok so I found the core library in product manager under the free trials section… not sure why it would be classed as a trial  when it is necessary to have ez drummer 3 working properly…

That seems like a bug, it should not be in the trial section when you own EZD3. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Have you tried restarting the Product Manager? Does that fix it?

Same problem here. Also EZdrummer3 has disappeared from My products on the website.

EZdrummer version: 3.1.1
Operating system: Windows 11
