ez drummer 2 will not launch on my mac

hey everyone i cannot ezdrummer 2 to load on my mac..i installed uninstalled 2 times followed directions by toontrack and everytime i try to open ez drummer it bounces in bottom app drawer like it wants to run…only to get application not responding in my force quit area???? I’ve gotten it to run a few times but 90% of the time it just hangs. i even reloaded demo thinking the first one might be corrupt….any help this is so frustrating and i barely have anything loaded on this computer..mac osz 10.7.5 2.7 intel core i5 4gb

Hi,

have you had the Demo installed and then bought the full product?
If so, did you uninstall the Demo and then run the Full Product Installer, followed by any update?
If you right-click the EZdrummer icon in the Dock and select ‘Options > View in Finder’ which folder opens up?
