    Hi,

     

    what first needs to be corrected is that your current email and Toontrack account gets merged with your old account that holds your products, otherwise you will miss out on offers, likely have problems downloading, installing and authorising your products, etc.

    Please contact Toontrack Support directly; all FAQ pages have a ‘Contact Support’ button att the bottom of the page.
