    Hi Andrea_67,

as Brad wrote, posting serials is not allowed so I removed that screen shot.

What I would be interested in seeing is the Installation info tab, because the screen shot said ‘incomplete’ not ‘not installed’. So from the Installation info we should be able to decipher what has been installed and not.

    Hi John (and Brad)!

Thanks for your replies and apologies for including the serial number (!!). :-/

John – per your request, attached is a screenshot of the installation info tab, as well as a screenshot that shows the download/installation status underneath the “Register my product” blue button.  These are appearing on the same screenshot. The info in each area seems to be contradictory??

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Andrea

    Hi,

In this case, go to the Downloads tab of Details and select “Open in Finder” from the menu next to software update version 2.2.1. Start the Updater that appears in Finder. That should install the missing components.
