EZ drummer 2 Reggae Pack

Help! I got the reggae drums expansion pack for Xmas. Never had a problem installing packs before. I downloaded it and tried to install, but got a message that I needed to update ez drummer. I did that (or at least am pretty sure I did) and the reggae drumkit still won’t install. Sooooo frustrated. I have an ez mix + six pack bundle coming in the mail and am panicking that I will have trouble with that too, when it arrives! ANY suggestions are welcome. Oh! If it helps, on my laptop I am running the latest version of Windows and my DAW is Pro Tools 11. Have never had a problem with ez before. It, and all my other ezx expansion packs work fine. I just want to enjoy my new reggae grooves!

What version number is showing on the EZD 2 interface?

The minimum version that is required for the Reggae EZX is 2.0.2. Please download and run the latest EZD 2 update from your Toontrack account, confirm that your interface reads 2.0.2, and then run the Reggae EZX installer.

OK. Do I download both the 2.0.2 update AND the sound library? Thanks much, will keep plugging away and let you know if I get stuck…

It’s always wise to keep everything updated, both plugin and libraries.
