Locate the sound files for EZDrummer

I have been having some problems with this today.  I recently decided to reinstall my EX drummer 2 product and in the product manager I have installed the 64 bit verison but it keeps showing not installed.  Every time I reinstall the product, it mentions it successfully repaired the product but then does not show as installed.  I even try to update to 2.2.1 and nothing.  Keeps going back to 2.1.8.  I try to authorize my purchase with the key, and still nothing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I now am seeing a errlog in the database stating a timestamp and then no kitlayout available.

Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now and same errors

EZdrummer version: 2.1.8
Operating system: Windows 10
