Ez drummer 2 download not complete in product manager

hi,
can someone help me i just purchased ez drummer 2 today,however download is not completing in product manager,what can be done,i tried several times and failed,tried downloading direct too,but still no progress,is there a bug in the online ez drummer 2 set up file of over 3 gb,it downloads upto 2.98 and fails..i dont know why,pls help…..thank you

Can you please provide some details about your computer hardware, operating system, etc?
In the Toontrack Product Manager’s Preferences/Settings,
can you access the folder specified for Toontrack downloads?
Is there enough free space for the entire download?

hi scott,my computer is 4 gen i7,32 gigs ram and the drive is ssd and there is enouh space for the download,it downloads afer 3gb and starts looping,no bad sectors too on my ssd..
