ez drummer 2 audio

Hi
I have ez drummer 2. I run it in protools 8 soon to be upgraded to protools 11.
I know I can route each drum to a separate track in protools when I mix.
But can I RECORD each drum to a separate track in protools as an audio file?
So I would like to create my drum track with ez drummer 2 and then record each drum on a separate track as audio Then delete easy drummer from the session and take the session to a different studio without ez drummer 2 to mix.
1. Will this work?
2. Will the sound quality be as good as mixing with easy drummer enabled or will converting to audio somehow degrade the sound?

Hi,

you can of course route the same plugin outputs you route to Aux Tracks to the Input of Audio Tracks also/instead.

1. Yes
2. Recording each EZdrummer 2 fader output to separate audio tracks in Pro Tools will not degrade the sound.
