There are 2 snare channels in the EZD mixer because there are 2 mics for the user to adjust when mixing.

‘Snare T’ is ‘snare top’ mic and ‘Snare B’ is ‘snare bottom’ mic.

There are many EZX expansion packs available for purchase and each has different snares included:

Yeah the mixer channels are just like mics, you usually only have 1 or 2 for snare as explained.
If you want to select a different snare from your current kit ,click the triangle icon on the Snare on the gui and choose an Alternate snare. Each EZX usually has 3 to 5 snares to choose.

It takes a moment to get your head round the mixers in EZD and SD2.
They are not instrument tracks in the mixer they are Mic channels.
When you move a fader up you are not bringing up the Snare. You are are bringing up the Mic that is capturing the snare.
(and indeed all the sounds/bleed that that mic is “hearing”). It just so happens that kit has two mics on the snare (Top and bottom)
Once you get your head round that it all falls into place and using EZD and indeed SD2 becomes more intuitive.

    Hope that helps.
