    Hi mako241,

By adjusting the view, do you mean switching tabs or resizing the window or something else?

You can reset the window size from the View menu (“Reset to Default Size and Scale”) if the borders are put outside of the display area.

I am running a surface at 2736 x 1824 which is the OS recommended size, OS scaling is 200%

When I come up in S1 and bring up EZ bass the plugin UI is scaled to fit within my desktop, and the lower right plugin UI is reachable so I can scale the S1 plugin container UI which scales EZ bas UI

IF I try to reset the EZ bass UI in the EZ bass View menu the UI expands to beyond my desktop and I can’t reach the lower right corner to resize the UI

Luckily, at least so far, this new size doesn’t seem to stick so restarting S1 fixes it

But, I had some other steps which made the EZ bass view jump the large size so its not avaoidable. I think I dragged to a second monitor and the EZ Bass UI expanded

So the bug for me is that the EZ Bass reset view is not working for me.

    Thanks!

We’ll look into it and get back to you.

Actually, I was able to reproduce it straight away and have forwarded the issue to our developers. Thanks again!

Great! Once you fix that you might want to try dragging the plugin UI under S1 to different monitors to see if your fix addresses that case as well.

Do you guys have an estimated date to post this fix? I have not seen an update if one was posted. Thanks

    Hello,

Facing exact same problem. Using EZ bass and SD3 on Surface with S1. Can’t acces lower right to resize after checking different view settings, “Reset to Default Size and Scale” not fixing the problem. This problem does not occur when using EZ Bass as stand alone. “Reset to Default Size and Scale” works properly then. Seems clearly like a compatibility problem with S1 plugin container window combined with Surface screens settings. Very frustrating.

Experiencing same problem with Windows 10 on a Dell XPS 9500, Studio One v5 Artist.  EZ Bass is almost useless in Studio One’s container window.   I realize this is not the EZ Keys forum, but the container window shrinks to less than half the standard size with EZ Keys.   Again, almost impossible to use, but the opposite behavior as EZ Bass.

Same problem here, in studio one v5. Resizing options in the View Tab do not function properly. However, this is a new problem, did not have it until two weeks ago.
