Hello there ez bass community,
first of all I have to say that even as a total beginner Iam super impressed by ezbass! It should be a great help for me for my songs in Drop C or lower Tunings, where I just dont wanna tune down my real bass that low.
However as a EZBass beginner I ran into some problems that I never had with other Plugin Fx on my Recordings.
1. Recordings where I put EZ Bass on, will sometimes start playing before they should. In general I struggle to get the timing right, a problem which I never had before. It seems the classic timeline principle, if the track is supposed to be mute doesnt apply to EZBass?
2. Another Problem I have is that the Track FX don´t stay put on. If I have the EZ Bass FX window open it will play the Bass Track (with Mix all to Midi) but when I close the Track FX it will play the Track often times without the Bass Sound and just my original guitar recording.
Hope my Problems are understandable and someone can help me
Thanks
Hi moezart,
I am not sure I understand correctly but since you mention ‘with Mix all to MIDI’, I suspect you are still in the Audio Tracker? If you export the Tracked MIDI to the Song Track and switch to the ‘BASS’ page, does it play back as expected?

John

Ah thank you John, that fixed it! Probably very much beginner problems, but now it works 🙂
For some reason in the Bass Window, I have to drag the tracked Midi to the far left/start of the track, I didnt get that at first why they dont start at the beginning automatically.
But now it works and the tracks start when they are supposed to. Thanks
