Is there a way to get EZ Bass in Mono? Can’t think of a single time when I wanted my bass track in stereo…
Route it to a mono aux bus in your DAW.
Yes, please deal with it in your DAW host. Send to a mono group or pan both L/R to centre.
I often like to have certain areas of the bass instrument panned. For example using multiple outputs from EZbass and having one area with Low Cut and some distortion slightly panned etc.
Really would not want to be restricted to mono only. 🙂
Windows 10 Pro (4K). Intel i7. 64GB RAM. RME FF UCX. UAD2 QUAD.
Cubase. Nuendo. Wavelab. Ableton. Vegas. etc.
I actually have to +1 on this.
Why on earth do you have ezbass in stereo? Atleast I should have the choice to make it mono-output if I want to. Shouldnt be too hard to fix.
yeah, it’s not EZ to have to add an aux track or take any extra measures in my DAW just to end up with a mono bass track. Please add an option in EZBass.

if you export the track using the DI setting and as a separate set of files, the DI is output as mono. i guess since this is my normal process, it never occurred to me to export as stereo as except as the default…
if you’re using EZB in a DAW track as a VI, then i’d say just set the track to mono and select the left or right output of the VI/
