I use ableton live and have ezbass in a saved project. When I open the project, fresh, and press play, ezbass throws an error with the attached dump files linked. My work around, which is pretty annoying, but probably the indicator of the bug, is to open ezbass first, before pressing the DAW play (spacebar), whereby it goes past the initial load screen, after this workaround I can play the ableton project with no problem.
This bug actually crashes ableton completely.
Hey! Thanks for reporting this, it seems like a known bug that can be worked around either by doing what you did or saving your host project while EZbass is on any other tab than the bass tab, or in my opinion the easiest workaround – by turning off the Played Note display. (Settings > General > Show Played Note Information).
It will be fixed in the next EZbass update.
