Hello! Before I buy your EZ 2 I have a question. Does it come with a variety of basic drum patterns? e.g. reggae, country, rock, etc. Or do I have to buy expansion packs?

In the base EZdrummer 2 product you get the Modern and Vintage Sound libraries plus (IIRC) about 1,000 drum and percussion MIDI grooves.
These included MIDI grooves are pretty general and while they include some more specific grooves, like e.g. ‘Basic Jazz’, ‘Latin Touch’ and ‘DBL Kick Metal’, if you want specialized grooves like Reggae, Country, etc. you should look into the MIDI packs – there are a lot of MIDI packs to choose from.

All MIDI grooves can be edited on the Song Track with the Edit Play Style feature, so you can easily turn your stock MIDI into custom MIDI.
