Ive had EZ Drummer 2 for some time now and have been using it as a stand alone and it has worked fine.
Ive recently purchased Logic Pro X and am trying to use it as a plugin but every time it open it and it asks to Authorize : “Authorization Failed, Contact Support for Help”
I paid good money for this software and expect to get what I was promised, this is very upsetting and disappointing.
PLEASE HELP!! >:(
Email:Jtmail87@yahoo.com
If there is a number I can call please let me know ASAP!
Thank You.
You did get what you paid , we all did ,all the software and libraries work flawlessly.
It will ask for an Authorisation if it failed previously, thats kinda very “logical”
I am a LogicPro X user and do have my computer online and have never once over 10 years had any issues.
The new PM once downloaded gives you a birds eye view of Your system and and your Toontrack account installation.
Why am i saying ?
To let you know this is not normal and once fixed be totally forgotten and you are right to be upset but disappointed is a bit too early since you’ve only just asked about it.
Did you move any files or locations or any thing different about your install you didn’t say here.
Check to see if you moved any files or locations or any thing different about your install, IS THE BEST ADVICE……..
I know, it was the heat of the moment. My emotions got the best of me.
How would I check for something like that? Moved files?
I’m not very keen on “Install trouble shooting”
