    Fellow beat makers…

It is extremely easy to export my drum song/parts to individual layers in Studio One as AUDIO (waveforms)…

but is there a easy way to export (drag and drop) to individual layers as MIDI?

I have found several ways to do it… most are multi steps… is there a simple solution?

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

Do you mean separate MIDI/Instrument tracks for kick, snare, hi hat, rack tom, etc in Studio One from the song track in EZDrummer? I don’t see a simple way to accomplish that.

Does your DAW have the ability to “explode” MIDI  y notes into separate tracks? That is probably your best bet and isn’t complicated or tedious.

Jord is right! Drag MIDI to the Studio One track you have EZDrummer inserted on. Right/Option click on the track > Instrument Parts > Explode Pitches to Tracks.

I’ve never felt the need to… but there it is….
