If you want to export from EZBass you need to also add the tempo changes in the EZBass Song Track.

    or

Drag the midi from your Song Track to your DAW’s EZBass track, mute your Song Track Midi, and export from your DAW instead.

…and if you have complex Tempo changes, it might be easier to export a “dummy” MIDI file from your Cubase Project (it does not matter what it contains) and then go to EZbass > Track > Import Tempo from MIDI File. This will properly align the Tempo changes in Cubase with changes on your EZbass Song Track, so ‘Export Song as Audio File(s)’ gets you expected results.

And then I believe you need to turn off “Follow Host” before you bounce…

Thanks guys for your response. Got finally the time.
Adding the tempo was successful. Tempo and midi run simultaneously in EZ Bass, an Export Song as Audio File should now work. Unfortunately, there is still no tempo change in the audio and everything plays at the first tempo from Cubase.
How I did it: I played the bass part on guitar in Cubase. New project in EZ bass and tempo added. Recorded the bass part per tempo in EZ bass. Everything runs smoothly, audio export does not. Than I exported the bass part in EZ-bass as midi. New project in EZ-bass and tempo added. Bass midi imported. Tempo and midi are running the same, but audio export still not. I also changed the order, imported tempo as last. But it also did not deliver the desired audio result.
When “Follow Host” is turned off and export song as audio, the result is worse, it seems it takes the standard 120 tempo.
Grrr, a nightmare, what am I doing wrong? Is there a checkbox that I need to click so that tempo and MIDI are synchronized during audio export?

    A devastated musician 😉
