Exclude Folder in Grooves Tab Disables Filters. Oversight or limitation?

See attached. On the latest with Win10. I use Filters a lot. They are disabled when excluding a single Folder.

Sometimes it takes a few seconds for my Filters to come up when making new selections with a big midi catalog. That is not the case here.

If it’s an oversight, can we get it on the to-do list, please?
