Excessively loud hiss in many Singer-Songwriter EKX Presets

Hello!

I’m a huge supporter from the early, early days of Toontrack. However, I just purchased the Singer-Songwriter EKX for EZkeys 2 and, unfortunately, even though the piano sounds lovely, I’m really struggling to enjoy it due to the excessively loud hiss in most of the presets/sounds. Is anyone else noticing this?

I don’t mind some nice analog hiss, but this seems very excessive. It really surprises me. The hiss strongly fades in (sounds like compression pulling up a loud noise floor) during most of the patches. Is there any way this can be attenuated in an update? I love Toontrack, but I’m genuinely disappointed.
