i just spend 99euros to eazy and cant install it to 32bit vista…yes its updated….error 1308 some installing files missing
The most stupid thin is that when i try to google the “1308 error” my access is denied to that thread????? This is my first legal copy of this kinda software and the first one that doesnt work!

I’m a happy-go-lucky guy from America.
First, please register the serial number for your EZdrummer (should be on your EZdrummer disc sleeve or receipt) to your Toontrack account (log in and click the ‘Register New Product’). Being a registered user will then unlock support forum access. Without registering a Toontrack product, you will get ‘Access Denied’ on threads in the Support Forum section of this forum.
Next, download the full product from your product page (the red ‘PC’ button) and then make sure to install the latest EZdrummer updates.
And lastly, congrats on choosing to use our product legally.

What is the comp ID?? and where can i find it? Im using vista 32
as i understand it u get the ID after installing the dvd and the paste it to the ID box, BUt I cant even install it because of the error!!!
And apparently The full download reguires THE COMPUTER ID (I downloaded the full version as u asked but it wont install – because no authorisation was done?
Can you see the serial number physically on a DVD or on the the product box or on your purchase receipt?
That’s the first question.
As for your computer ID, it will automatically come up when you install EZdrummer and try to authorize it.
Before that, I would try and perform the installation stages in the exact order Scott suggests. He’s pretty good at helping people.
