Enable Midi Out

“Enable Midi Out” is grayed out and I cannot figure out how to hear EZkeys in Logic Pro X or get it set up there.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!

Operating system: macOS Mojave (10.14)

It’s always grayed out in the standalone or if EZkeys isn’t authorized.
