Empty midi

Hi Guys,

Using this plugin for the first time and running into issue.

Simply want to humanize some midi that my client has provided but I drag it into EZ and it displays it empty. When I send the midi in the project into a track with EZ on it, it plays it fine so I don’t thinks its a mapping issue. I can load it as a grove but not into the grid to edit it.

Any advice is apprciated.

You don’t mention your DAW but does your host support dragging and dropping from host to a plugin? Very few support that.

As well as what Scott says, where are in EZD are you dragging the MIDI? Can you give us screenshots?

Like Scott mentioned, your DAW may not support drag and drop to a plugin. Alternatively, you can press record in EZ Drummer and press play in your DAW and that will bring the MIDI into EZ Drummer and you can the edit it in the grid editor.

Thank you Scott, I saved the midi and just pulled it from my finder. I’m using Logic Pro. I don’t know what I did but I now have it in the song section but can’t for the life of me, get it lined up. Tempo and TS is matched.
