Effects not saving

I can hear the effects in my DAW (RealBand) but when I save or export the track (insert) or file (mastering) the effects have not been saved across. What am I doing wrong? Other suppliers’ effects and instruments work fine. Please help.

Hello ! I have the same problem with another DAW Reaper. The mix sounds well while mixing, but when I listen to the MP3 or WAV rendered song (within a regular music player or within Reaper), some tracks sound louder. I have tried a lot of tricks (re-installation included), based on what I have found so far on the net, with no success. Has anybody faced the same problem ? How can we fix it ? Thank you in advance
