Editing drum hits

I have EZD2 and in principle I love it. Need to be able to do different time signatures in one song but that’s not why I’m here.

I have a song in 7/8 and the options available in the packs I have are a good start but the drum strikes aren’t quiet falling in the right place.

I know that if I import all of the track into Logic I can edit the individual drum patterns in midi but I want to keep to drums in the EZD plugin so my question is, can I open the actual midi content of the patterns and move drum strikes so the fit my tune better or do I have to import the track into Logic and do it there.

Apologies if this has been asked before and apologies if my terminology isn’t bang on, I’m no drummer.

Note by note editing should be done in your DAW as EZD2 doesn’t have a piano roll MIDI editor.

Might be a cool feature for EZD3 along with the multiple time signature options :oD
