I have done this quite a bit changing the power hand from hi-hat to ride, crash, floor tom. In both EZDrummer 2 and Superior Drummer 3.
What version of EZDrummer 2 are you using? (bottom right should read 2.1.4)
What version of Studio One V3 are you on? (Studio One > About should read 3.5.1.43560)
    Windows or Mac?

Overview of what you are doing will help.

Mac Studio M1 Max, RAM 64 GB, 1TB Drive, OSX 12.x/13.x and Windows 10 (VM)
DAW: Studio One Pro (always up to date)

    OWC Thunderbay Mini (4 X 1TB Sata SSD), Express 4M2 (4 X 2TB M.2 SSD), Envoy Express (1TB M.2 SSD)
Presonus Quantum, Faderport & Faderport 8
    Black Lion Sparrow Mk2 A/D, FMR-RNP-RNC, MIDI Xpress 128, BM5A, KRK VXT4, Equator D5

I seem to have figured it out. But for the record, I’m on EZD 2.1.4 (64-bit) and Studio One 3.5.1 43560.
When I added EZD as an instrument track, it opened up an EZD window and defaulted to the modern drum set. I had previously created the drum track I wanted on a different drum set, so when I imported the drum track into Studio One I didn’t realize it was set to the modern drum set, and the modern drum set didn’t have the same play style options I had previously arranged on the other drum set. All I had to do was change the drum set in the EZD window that had opened up, then it played fine. So it seems ok now, but thanks for your quick reply.
