EasyDrummer 2 – Mixing/Modifying effects for custom kit??

Hello… Long time user.. first time poster… I searched for this answer but didn’t see any clear response.. So I’ve been using EZDrummer 2 as a plugin for some time now and I love it.. recently starting using it as a plugin for edrums and recording with a live drummer.. He loves it too HOWEVER.. He really loves the Snare sound in the default library Modern–> Power Batter. But we love the toms in the Modern –> metal kit as well… We want to combine the two.. We notice that you can select the DRUM that is being used, but it doesn’t transfer over the Gated Reverb effect that is included in the Power Batter preset.. How can I modify the effects that are used on the drums for a custom kit??? Please help..

You know we are a bit limited with these presets…. They are great and inspiring but for some songs I need them to be more isolated….So for a work around I send them into my DAW and load up an Auxiliary buss or two and match the effect they are giving us that way I can have the effect only on the snare instead of both Kik and snare…. Or like ur saying to your toms… Or whatever!
