    I’m going through the manual and exploring this program creating a couple test tracks.  For one, I used the Tap To Find and came up with a series of clips called Levon 1/2 Time that works well, but I am not able to locate where this resides in the Drum Libraries I own (the two that came with it and the EZX Nashville library).  I’d like to see if there are associated fills and variations to build a track with. Running through my libraries, I do not find anything with the name Levon 1/2 Time.  All samples seem to be numbered, not named.  I expect I’m just missing something obvious, but can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thanks!

    If you right (alt) click the bar, where it shows “matching”, “name”, etc… select “Library”. That will show you which Library the groove came from.

    Hope that’s what you’re asking….

    Thanks very much!  yes, that’s exactly what I was looking for.

    I see you are running Big Sur.  I’m about to take possession of the latest Macbook Pro with the M1 Max chip and am hoping to be able to run Pro Tools on it.  So far, the sales rep thinks it will ship with Big Sur.  Are you running PT?  Any issues?

    Thanks!

    I am run my rig off 3 boot drives, Mojave, Catalina and Big Sur. (on a late 2014 iMac, therefore Intel i7) Pro Tools is running on the Catalina image, though I believe it will run on Big Sur. The issue, more than the OS is that Pro Tools runs under Rosetta 2, which is an interpreter, therefore not running native M1 Apple Silicon.

    My only suggestion would be to read through some of the comments at the Avid Forum;

    https://duc.avid.com/forumdisplay.php?f=162

    No word yet on when Pro Tools will run native Mx Apple Silicon.

    Sorry I didn’t have a better answer for that one.

    Thanks very much.  I’ll dig deeper.  It’s certainly a challenge to get all the ducks in a proper row for a major upgrade!  I also have a second MacBook pro from 2015 which I can use as back up until the M-1 becomes compatible.

    Yes I am holding off until there’s an iMac with more capacity. Was using Mac’s for audio production through the transition from PPC to Intel, which was an interesting time as well. Eventually things will settle.
