DTxpress 2 with roland pads and ezdrummer

Hi, I’m new to using electric kits, im a singer guitarist so the question may sound really dumb Does the dtxpress 2 have enough triggers to handle the roland td20 pads for eg? mainly the hi hat, snare and a cymbol or 2 I want to custom build a electric kit using the dtxpress 2 brain i have just only for the purpose of ezdrummer midi sounds. im not interested ...
