Drumkit from Hell installation: Config file error – could not read installer config file

Hi,
When I try to install Drumkit from Hell to my Mac, I get an error message saying:

Config File Error
Could not read installer config file

What to do?

Hi,

please use the Product Manager to first uninstall the product if it shows up in the list of installed products.
Then make sure you are downloading the full product installer in the Product Manager and run it when downloaded.
After it is installed, please download and run the updates.
