Drum Kit images missing in graphical interface

All my kits appear as some Roland Pads floating in mid-air above the carpet – any idea how I get my kit images back?

are you talking about the Superior Drummer 3 core library?
No Presets load correctly?
What does the PM tell regarding what’s installed?
