Drum kit from Hell not installing

I’m having an issue with installing the Drum Kit From Hell. My EZdrummer is up to date. When installing it says – Update Error: Could not copy “Midi/05@EZX_DRUMKIT_FROM_HELL/kitpieces”. I hit cancel and it says it was installed with some errors. Nothing shows up in protools at all afterwards.

After the install there is a new folder in my libraries but its empty. I’ve tried copying the actual drum kit from hell files into it but that doesn’t seem to work.

Otherwise my EZdrummer works properly, with no other issues. Is there a way I can fix this?

Have you downloaded the latest full product installer for the DFH EZX from your Toontrack account?

i just downloaded the DFH today from the site. That would mean yes correct?

What was the name of the file you downloaded? According to your account you only have Ezdrummer2 registered. Do you have 2 accounts?

Your first post says ‘update error’ which might indicate you are running an update instead of the full installer, that’s why I want to know the file name of what you downloaded.
