Drum Fills ‘through the bar line’

Hi team

Now, I don’t know the technical term for this but I absolutely love drum fills that continue into the next bar. Having looked this up, some poeple refer to it as “through the bar line” or “accross the bar line” but hopefully you’ll know what I mean here. To further explain, the fill doesn’t conclude at the very end of a chorus for example, it continues on a little bit into the next bar of the next verse.

My question here is, does anyone know of one (or many) of the MIDI grooves in any of the Toontrack drum libraries or MIDI packs that have examples of this drum fill technique? Whilst I appreciate I can definately programme these fills in SD3, it would be nice to have a several fills like this to immediately access.

This is pretty much something you need to craft for yourself. It shouldn’t be an issue considering that you can position your fills anywhere.
