depending on which bass library you have loaded, the lowest available notes differ but in general, yes.

Any library in particular you are asking about?

I got just standard, EZ Bass, I use modern bass 5 string. I’d like to drop lowest string from B to A, how can I do this?

It doesn’t wind the string down, it adds playable notes.
