Dream Mashine – Program crash problem

When I try to start Dream Mashine, I receive the messages

1. Windows installer – Installation wird vorbereitet …
2. Minutes later: Windows installer – Install Server not responding
3. Toontrack EZkeys – Host has crashed – A crash dump file is acailable at …

First, I tried to install Dream Mashine without product Manager, it did not work. With Toontrack product Manager: download, install, authorize and update are “up-to-date”. New installation did not change anything.

Hi,

That an installer starts when you launch the standalone is an issue several others have had and it has been caused by a “Yamaha Steinberg USB driver”. Do you have anything like that? If so, try updating or uninstalling it.

If it still crashes, please attach a crash dump file.

I uninstalled the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver. Dream Mashine works perfectly now.
