Drawing 2 notes patterns doesn’t work for me

Hi,

I’m new on EZdrummer… I was trying to follow the instructions on your video “EZdrummer 3: Grid editor” to draw a 2 notes Hit-Hat pattern. When I’m closing the articulation menu and draw the rest of the notes, the system is not following my 2 notes patterns but just creating new identical notes. For sure I’m missing someting here but could you please explain me how to do that?

Hi guys,

just tried this myself and the only way for me to make it not work as expected is if I have more than two notes in the pattern. Can this be it?

Hi John and thanks for your quick response.

I just tried this again and it looks like it’s only working if Resolution is set to 1/8, 1/4t or 1/8t.

Hi,

Just tried again. It doesnt work for me (even with resolution set at 1/8). Maybe I’m not doing the right thing with my mouse but instructions are not clear in the video and there is nothing in the manual. I can see that the pointer tool is used in the video. I suppose the person is pressing alt (windows) to add the notes. It just doesn’t work for me… I have tried both the pointer and pencil tools.
