I have the first version of EZdrummer serial number(EZ11-HAG7-WE4R-S9RW-US66) I Use Windows 8.1 and Studio One 2. I have checked with Presonus that EZdrummer is compatible with my 32-bit software. I can load EZ drummer into the system, open up the drumkit and listen to the grooves in my monitors, but when I try to drag´n`drop the groove into my music project, it doesn´t work. Nothing happens. What do I do wrong?
What version number is displayed on the EZD interface? The last version of EZD 1 is 1.3.3.

How do I do that,, and what would that cost ? Can I update from your homepage?
The latest version of EZD 1 is 1.3.3 like I said before. It is available from your Toontrack account under ‘My Account’ My Products, then select your EZD product. There is a Update tab and the 1.3.3 update to download.

Updates within the programs are free. E.g. an update from 1.1 to 1.2 is free, but to upgrade to version 2 is not for free, since it’s a brand new software – not just an update.

Hi, sorry to disturb you guys once again, but: I updated as you advised me, but i still can´t make the drag and drop work – I can open up the groove library. tap and listen to the drums and grooves in my monitors, but when I try to drag`n`drop nothing happens. Is there some “enable” function that I have missed? The tutorials don’t mention anything about that, but can there be something in my recording program (Studio One 2)that blocks out the function?

Hi Anders,
this may very well be a permissions issue with Win 8.1.
Check for solutions like e.g. this one:
