drag and drop not working EZ drummer 3 bandmate

Hello,Im using mixcraft pro studio 9 and recently upgraded to EZ 3 for the bandmate option. however,its not working. cant get any files to drag into bandmate. super frustrating. any help would be appreciated.

EZdrummer version: 3.0.4
Operating system: Windows 10
