Downloading product manager gives “NOC ERROR”

Hello!
I purchased EX Drummer 2 but when I try to download product manager it saves the download as a html-file that says  “NOC ERROR” when opened.
I get NO zip-file.

I just downloaded a better download (ha, ha)  manager for windows and now its fixed!
