Firstly, I’m very sorry, but I’m really struggling to get the upright piano running. I’m terrible with computers! What’s happened to good old CDs? Anyway, I’ve downloaded it. I’m not sure what to do next. I have bought the box that contains the serial number… Fine. What do I click on to install the program? Is it the install 64bit option? If so, it’s not working. Without the computer on I believe it’s the error 1311 message. Do I get the computer number when it’s installed?? Will the program provide the number or us it elsewhere? I appreciate any help or link to full instructions. Many thanks (god I hate computers 😉 )
