downloading ezdrumer. it won’t start downloading when i click download. it goes into login error

i’ve sent a few messages to toontrack waiting on a answer. i looked up other places and it says 3-10 days to get. but i imagine that was an actual disc in a box. i’m not too impressed either for 170$
