Downloaded EZKeys midi patch not showing in Logic.

I’ve just bought the World EZKeys MIDI. I used Product Manager to download and install but it isn’t showing in Logic. All my other EZKeys MIDI sets are there but not World.

According to Product Manager it’s installed and ready to use.

I’ve tried resetting and rescanning the Toontrack plug-ins and I don’t get any errors.

I’ve tried rebooting Logic and starting EZKeys again but still no sign of the World package.

I must be missing something .Any ideas?

Hi,

I can see that you have not used Product Manager lately. You should find it in Macintosh HD > Applications > Toontrack.

Thanks for the reply. I used Product Manager to update and install the World pack last week. See below.

That is the web page (“My Products”), not the Product Manager application.
