This has been the situation for 3 days (2 kB/s) and from the support they keep saying that it is a problem with my computer (454 Mbps)! ABSURD!!!!!!!! Don’t buy anything!!!
If you’re on a PC, try downloading with the Free Download Manager extension for Chrome.
I’m sure the tune will change, so to speak.

Please, are you serious? Are you really telling other people not to buy anything because YOU are having internet connection issues? I have had ZERO problems downloading. In fact, I just purchased two products and the download was seconds fast (I have a 500/500 connection). So if everyone else is not having a problem with download speeds, it seems obvious that it is on your end. And it could be your country (I know China cracks down on content for example). But don’t ask me how to monkey with the settings in a Mac – I’m a PC guy.
