Download says that it will take 800+ hours

I’m trying to download a couple of products, but the downloader is very slow. I also tried using the old fashioned downloader and got the same result. Download speeds are around 0.5-1.0 kbps. I tried rebooting the computer and got the same thing.

I ran a speedtest on my network and am getting 25-30 mbps, so it doesn’t seem to be anything on my end. It sounds like there may be a network issue with whatever host you use to handle your downloads.
