I bought a new computer and I am trying to install update the toontracks software and libraries.

I am just getting the message for example: download of ez keys software 2.1.4 has stopped. file could not be created.

Also, I cannot find a place where I can check and assign where to install the software and libraries.

Operating system: macOS Tahoe (26)

Hi,

are you using the Product Manager Application?
What is your Downloads location set to in the Product Manager Preferences?
Have you tried changing this to a folder on the Desktop? Are you allowing the Product Manager access to the folder(s) requested by the software?
