    We can see that you are downloading the installers from the website.

    In this case, we recommend using the Product Manager application to log in to your account so you can easily download the latest installers, install, and authorize your product(s) to your computer.

    The Product Manager is the best way to complete everything, all from within one location.

    Hello,

    I have similar problems, but most likely due to my faulty organisation over time, resulting in folders/files in array cousing conflicts.

    Can I resolve this by “simply” uninstalling/reinstalling the products, or would you recommend other means?
