Hello,
On February 3 2017 I ordered the drum midi six pack at 2:54 pm Seoul time. I didn’t receive any email or updates in my Toontrack account notifying me that the software bundles were available to download so, I processed the exact same order again about 1 hour later. The second order worked. The software works fine. My credit card bill came recently and there are two charges from toontrack for the exact same software. I only ever received one midi six pack. Could someone please contact me about this. I’m happy with my product, but not happy to pay for the same thing twice.
