Don’t receive Serial Number after buying EZkeys Vintage Upright

Hello !
I bought (I paid) EZkeys Vintage Upright, but there was no Serial Number on the order détails !! So i can’t register my product ! What should I do ?
In the same time i bought Ballads 2 EZkeys MIDI and for this one there is no problem, I received his Serial Number. Could you help me please ?
