go to the http://www.toontrack.com/support/. Select your product. Then use the filter menus to filter your question. Then choose the ‘My issue is not covered in this FAQ, what next?’ Scroll to the bottom of that FAQ and there is a ‘Contact Support’ button. Log into your Toontrack account and you will be given a choice to receive support via telephone or Message Center.
