Does the thrash midi drum kit work on mac OS 10.15.3

Hi,

Just bought the thrash drum kit but can’t get it working on my Mac. OS 10.15.3 and Garageband version 10.3.4. Should these be compatible with each other?

Thankful for advice to get this working quickly.
